As we move forward, we have big plans for the future of our newsletter, and we eagerly welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have, including ideas for a new name.

It's been a significant year for our stores with the completion of our rebranding process. We are delighted to offer a more polished appearance and are excited to continue working on our marketing and overall presentation. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we navigate through this change.

How to Optimize Seasonal Sales: Tips & Tricks

Maximize your profits during seasonal sales with these tips. Starting in October, stores begin putting out Christmas merchandise for a reason – it's based on market research and sales numbers!

When displaying your Christmas merchandise, avoid the "garage sale style" approach. Instead, group similar items together. For example, holiday mugs should be placed with regular mugs, and Christmas linens should be with regular linens. When it comes to decorations, keep garland in one area, lights together, and so on. Optimize your store's square footage by using shelves, racks, gridwall, and other fixtures. Folding tables take up a lot of space and don't provide enough room for product.

Consider waiting until after the holiday is over to offer a half-off sale. This way, you'll raise the most funds for missions. Putting merchandise on sale before the holiday, this may move more items but will result in a loss of revenue for your store.

In addition, merchandising plays a critical role in creating a festive atmosphere that will increase sales. Take your time to beautifully display your items, allowing customers to see how they can be used in their own homes. Remember to have fun with it and let your creativity shine!
