Greetings Store Leadership!
A few of the stores in the chain are offering gift cards. If you decide to offer gift cards, be sure the back of the gift card states they are accepted in your location ONLY. Please be sure to pass this along to the person ordering the gift card. They cannot be used at other locations and we don't want customers to be frustrated by this limitation. s. We are thrilled that we will be offering each volunteer the choice of an apron, hat or t-shirts with the new logo. The t-shirts will be offered in both Men's and Women's styles. The apparel will need to be ordered via an online store. The online store will be open for two weeks. Orders will be printed and shipped directly to your
store. All volunteers that we have email addresses for will be notified when the online store opens and will get several more reminders via email reminding them to order before the store closing date. We will provide a link and QR code to post in your break rooms for those who do not get our emails. Please help us get the word out to make sure that all volunteers get the opportunity to order and that orders are put it on time. The more we order at once, the deeper the discount.
We will include a few extra items for each store for new volunteers. If you have questions, concerns or comments before we get going please let me know prior to the end of this week. We plan to open the store sometime in the beginning of September.
Name tags orders continue to be ongoing and orders will be placed every few weeks to accommodate
new volunteers. Please ask volunteers to use the link or QR code provided and sign up for name tags themselves so they can provide their email whenever possible. A flyer can be included in new volunteer packets or policy manuals when volunteers begin. I have attached another copy to this email.
