Greetings Local Leadership Team Chairpersons,
This might be old news to some of you since Square did send an email to all users last month. However, I don't want anyone to be caught unaware of the automatic update that will affect Square.
Square will be automatically updating on June 15th and the appearance of the
checkout screen will change. Some of you may have already made this change, while others have not. You are unable to change or defer this update. I have included a link that gives some more information on what is changing. Square Update Information
Please be sure to relay this information to your cashiers so they are not surprised! Leave a note at the register, send an email and let day managers know to give a heads up.
